This development, adjacent to The Shops at Sportsmen's Lodge, aims to replace the iconic hotel with a modern complex. The project will feature a blend of businesses, including an organic grocer, Erewhon, and an Equinox. The project will additionally incorporate natural elements like water features, a pond + pool, and nearby river, creating a park-like space with a designated path of easy access to the Los Angeles River. Other features include publicly accessible open spaces, a gym, an outdoor kitchen, and terrace decks overlooking the river. The Residences at Sportsmen's Lodge Apartments are expected to be completed by 2027 at an estimated cost of $500 million.

• 🎥 NORTH HOLLYWOOD: A new residential development is set to transform the landscape near Metro's North Hollywood Station. The project will replace an auto repair shop with a modern six-story building at the intersections of Burbank Boulevard and Case Avene. The design includes amenities like a podium-level courtyard, rooftop deck, and ground-floor gym.
